MJR Skincare 101 Booking Policy: A non-refundable booking fee of 30% is required at the time of booking. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of your service at your appointment. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, failure to show up, or failure to communicate will result in being charged the full price of the service. If no booking fee is on file, a 30% fee of the originally scheduled service will be charged for late cancellations or reschedules. This policy applies to all services, packages, gift cards and any prepaid services. All payments are non-refundable.

To reschedule without penalty, please contact us by call, text, or through our booking app before the 48-hour mark.

MJR Skincare 101 Return Policy: All products sold are final sale. However, we will do our best to ensure products you purchase work for your skin. In the event your products are causing an adverse reaction, contact us to discuss an exchange for your used products. Opened and used products are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. If you purchase a product and either change your mind or realize you purchased the wrong item, the product must be unopened or unused to be eligible for an exchange.
